Activities & Services Provided by the protectorate:
There are many activities carried out in the Protected Area, such as birdwatching, environmental education, scientific research, camping, nature photography, beach recreation, natural walks and visits to archaeological sites. The Protected Area provides several services which facilitates these activities for visitors, these include:

The Visitor Center: This encompasses exhibits of examples of the local fauna and flora, an auditorium for environmental education and meetings and a cafeteria.

Birdwatching Hides: Three hides provide a comfortable place to sit and observe birds at close range.

Camping areas: There are two designed camping areas where visitors can spend the night in a natural setting.

Environmental research center: Includes lodging facilities for visiting researchers, laboratory and library. To use these facilities, researchers should contact the Protected Area management prior to their visit.

Recreational areas: These are areas where recreational activities are allowed, such as swimming and picnicking.
