The Twenty-First Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol will be held in Port Ghalib, Egypt, from 4 to 8 November 2009 at the International Convention Centre.

The first three days of the meeting, 4–6 November 2009, will constitute the preparatory segment of the Twenty-First Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol while the following two days, 7 and 8 November 2008, will constitute the high-level segment of the meeting. This meeting will be preceded by a workshop on quarantine and pre-shipment uses of methyl bromide, on 3 November 2009 at the same location. The registration of delegates to the meetings will start at 8 a.m. on Monday, 2 November 2009, and the meetings will begin at 10 a.m. each day.

The participants are highly encouraged to pre-register online for the Ozone Secretariat meetings; this facility is available on the Secretariat website.
