If you are an overseas participant, you can make use of the meet and assist service offered by the

Organizers. A MENATOURS representative will meet you before immigrations and will assist you with customs and visa formalities. He will than take good care of your luggage and escort you to your hotel, and there handle your check-in procedures. The price quoted includes transport in an air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel.
